Barbara Browne

Barbara Browne has extensive experience in compliance and anti-money laundering operations, currently serving as the Manager of AML/CFT Operations at Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland since September 2022. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Team Lead Manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from July 2019 to September 2022, and worked as an Assistant Manager at AIB Sanctions Advisory from July 2016 to July 2019. Barbara's career in compliance began at AIB Corporate Banking, where the role of Compliance Officer was held from June 2013 to December 2015, following a position as an Officer in AIB Treasury & Support Services from May 2004 to June 2013. Barbara holds an ACOI Diploma in Compliance from University College Dublin, earned in 2018, and also attended Portobello College from 1995 to 1997.
