Inna Blyth

Inna Blyth currently serves as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald since October 2019, having previously held roles as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the same firm and as a Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Throughout a diverse legal career, Inna has effectively supported technology and intellectual property initiatives, specializing in drafting and reviewing various agreements related to market data, software licensing, and service contracts. Inna's experience also includes a legal fellowship at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, internships at the USPTO and the Federal Trade Commission, and clinical and intern roles at various law firms and public offices. Inna earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, complemented by a certificate in Intellectual Property, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University at Albany.
