Jim Nappo

Jim Nappo is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Industrials at Cantor Fitzgerald, Nappo also holds positions as Independent Director and Board Member at Precision Surfacing Solutions, and Chairman of the Board at Royal West Indies. Previously, Nappo was a Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp. and Jefferies, where responsibilities included Mid-West Head of Investment Banking and Global Head of Diversified Industrials. Nappo earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame between 1988 and 1992.
