Terry Ko

Terry Ko is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate legal matters. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at both BGC Group and Cantor Fitzgerald since January 2024, Terry previously held the position of Senior Associate at Hill Dickinson LLP from February 2022 to December 2023, and worked as an Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP from January 2019 to January 2022. Terry began the legal career at Vincent T.K. Cheung, Yap & Co as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor from July 2011 to December 2018 and completed a legal internship at Sun Life in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws and a Juris Doctor from City University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and Comparative Literature from The University of Hong Kong.
