Director, People & Culture at Canuck Place Children's Hospice

Catherine Gordon, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in various HR roles. Catherine is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Canuck Place Children's Hospice since September 2018. In this role, they collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement HR strategies and frameworks, advises leaders on various HR issues, manages compensation and benefits programs, and oversees performance management and employee relations.

Catherine obtained their CPHR (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources) certification in February 2006 from CPHR BC & Yukon. In December 2018, they also completed and obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from the SHRM Certification institution.

Throughout their career, Catherine has pursued further education and obtained several certificates.
