Eimon Zahedi

Eimon Zahedi has a diverse work experience with various roles in customer service, operations, coordination, and tutoring.

Starting in 2022, Eimon joined Canvas Medical as a Customer Success team member. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, Eimon worked at Omada Health as a Member Operations representative, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and complaints.

From 2017 to 2021, Eimon held multiple roles at Tahoe Forest Health System. As a Registration Coordinator, Eimon conducted quality monitoring, provided training, and support to registration areas. Additionally, Eimon worked as a Patient Access Representative II, registering patients and ensuring accurate data entry.

Before that, Eimon served as an Activity Coordinator at Northstar California Resort, assisting customers with ski/snowboard rentals and managing staff. Eimon also worked as a Concierge/Marina Supervisor at Stillwater Cove HOA, building relationships with guests and addressing their requests.

In previous years, Eimon held positions at other ski resorts such as Northstar California Resort and Heavenly Mountain Resort as a Support Staff Supervisor and Children's Ski & Ride School Support Staff, respectively. These roles involved overseeing operations, training and scheduling staff, and engaging with customers.

In 2013, Eimon worked as a College Ambassador at Mixify, recruiting artists and venues for an online electronic music festival. And in 2006, Eimon worked as a Tutor at Kumon, educating students in Math and Reading.

Eimon Zahedi has a strong educational background. Eimon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, with an option in Public Affairs, from California State University, Chico. Before attending university, Eimon Zahedi earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Butte College. Prior to that, they completed another Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Las Positas College. Eimon Zahedi also holds a high school diploma from Merril F. West High School.

In addition to their academic achievements, Eimon Zahedi has obtained several certifications. Eimon is a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) from the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM), an EPIC Credentialed Trainer from Mercy, and has Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from REMSA. These certifications indicate their commitment to professional development and their expertise in healthcare access and training.
