Sharon Flanagan Rice

Sharon Flanagan Rice is an experienced mortgage professional with a long history in the industry. She currently serves as the SVP, Fulfillment Executive at Canvas Mortgage. Prior to this, she was the Mortgage Division President at First Bank and a Mortgage Loan Officer at BancorpSouth. Sharon also owned and operated her own mortgage company, New South Mortgage, before joining Dryades Savings Bank as a Vice President. With over 40 years of on the job training, Sharon is well-versed in managing mortgage operations and originating loans.
