Canvas is seeking an exceptionally talented Digital Investment candidate, who specializes in Media Plan Development, Campaign Execution and Administration, and Performance Analysis.

As the Specialist, you will:

· Utilize a variety of systems, (Nielsen, Comscore, Prisma, Double Verify, etc.) for competitive analysis, media planning development and reporting. · Participate in collaborative team brainstorms to launch plans. · Support team in creating media-specific documentation, such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), media plans, objectives and strategies decks, and other related information. · Support the team in analyzing proposals and partner negotiations. · Help to set up 3rd party ad server/tracker system: follow through to ensure sites are enabled, functioning properly and all materials are received from creative agency. · Create campaign post-launch information such as screenshots, links and placement information to demonstrate proof of placement for clients. · Enter data in billing system (Prisma), track insertion orders. · Generate insertion orders to reserve advertising space. · Support day-to-day communication with key partners: vendors, partner agencies and creative media, social clients. · Create performance reports and post campaign analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Media Planning, with emphasis on Digital media
  • Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients
  • Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to direct reports
  • High level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as planning tools
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
  • Extremely detail-oriented and precise
  • Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationship
