Jenny Odegard

Jenny Odegard is a legal professional with extensive experience in various facets of law, particularly focusing on contracts, corporate governance, and digital media. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Legal & Business Affairs at Canvas Worldwide since March 2023, Jenny manages contract drafting and oversees risk management and compliance. Previously, as General Counsel at ListenFirst, Jenny established the legal framework and practices within the organization. In earlier roles, Jenny was Of Counsel at Samendinger Law and the founder of Odegard Law, where a two-lawyer practice was built, providing expertise in diverse legal areas. Jenny holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
