Al D'Addese

Al D'Addese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the building materials and consumer products industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Doman Building Materials Group since October 2024, Al is responsible for driving profitability and strategic growth, emphasizing financial performance, customer service, and team development. In addition to this role, Al teaches courses on Global Marketing Strategy, Professional Selling, and Media Studies at Humber College. Previously, Al held significant positions such as Vice President of Sales Canada at Weber-Stephen Products LLC and Vice President Sales and Marketing Canada at CertainTeed Corporation, where leadership and strategic execution were key responsibilities. Al holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and has pursued additional training in global leadership and sales enablement.
