Tshepho John Mokwele

Tshepho John Mokwele is an experienced engineer with a robust background in colliery engineering and management within the mining sector. Currently serving as a 2.13.1 Colliery Engineer and Acting General Manager at Canyon Coal since July 2018, Tshepho oversees various departments, including mining operations and maintenance workshops. Prior experience includes roles at Foskor as a Senior Engineer and Acting Resident Engineer, and at Anglo American, where responsibilities encompassed contractor management and project engineering. Tshepho holds a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology and completed a Management Development Programme at the School of Public Leadership at Stellenbosch University.
