Kevin S. serves as the Director of Real Estate Asset Management at Canyon Partners, LLC, with a tenure beginning in January 2009. Kevin is skilled in executing investment business plans, overseeing capital improvement projects, and presenting property underwriting assumptions. A strategic leader, Kevin has mentored high-performing teams while managing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, including affordable housing projects. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President at the same firm, as well as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP and a Research Specialist Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BBA in Accounting from Iona University.
