Liz Shupe has extensive experience in digital marketing and eCommerce. Liz is currently the Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce at Canyon Ranch, where they are responsible for transforming the consumer digital experience and laying the groundwork for post-Covid growth. Liz leads a 10-person team and has developed a roadmap for digital marketing strategy and organizational growth. Prior to their role at Canyon Ranch, Liz worked at Converse as the Director of Global Performance Marketing. During their time there, they overhauled the consumer digital experience and implemented data-driven digital marketing strategies, resulting in significant growth in traffic, revenue, and customer database. Before Converse, Liz served as the Director of International eCommerce at Wolverine World Wide, where they achieved double-digit sales growth and led the integration of two global digital commerce operations. Liz also worked at Collective Brands - Payless ShoeSource as the Manager & Senior Analyst of Internet Marketing, where they oversaw digital growth initiatives and managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget.

Liz Shupe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Babson College. Liz also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Skidmore College. Additionally, Liz participated in the Semester Abroad: London Internship Program at Boston University.
