Vedanka Karandikar

Vedanka Karandikar has been working in the Human Resources field since 2012. Vedanka started their career as a Human Resources Intern at USV Private Limited in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Indoco Remedies Ltd. as a Jr. Officer - Human Resources. Vedanka then worked at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a Human Resources Executive from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Gener8 Digital Media Corp. as an Employee Engagement Executive - Human Resources. In 2022, they began working at Cap Hill Brands as a Human Resource Generalist and also at DemandHelm as a Human Resources Generalist.

Vedanka Karandikar completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2014. In 2018-2020, they completed French A1-B1 Levels from Cambridge Institute. Vedanka then obtained a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University in 2011-2013. Her undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2008-2011.
