Ben Tootill

Ben Tootill is a Client Solutions Manager at Capability Group, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, they were with Vitality Works - Sanitarium Workplace Health for over five years, where they served as Senior Client Partner. There, they were responsible for corporate wellbeing programmes, injury prevention and mental health, as well as wellbeing data solutions.

Before their time with Vitality Works, Tootill was with FuturePeople as their Client Solutions Manager. There, they worked on contact centre recruitment and leadership development solutions, as well as emotional intelligence assessments.

Tootill has also held positions with Wizard Corporate Training and Proteus Leadership Centres. Ben has been in the industry for over 15 years and has extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership training.
