Jocelyn joined as CFO in January 2022 with responsibility for overall financial operations including business support, finance & accounting, treasury, financial planning & analysis and insurance. She is focused on driving profitable growth, generating sustainable cash flow, allocating capital to maximize value creation and managing risk across the enterprise. Jocelyn has 25+ years of experience leading teams to deliver strong business results while executing longer-term strategic initiatives. Before joining Capacity, she served as VP, Corporate FP&A for Campbell Soup after a 12.5-year tenure at Ansell Limited most recently as VP Global FP&A, Treasury and Investor Relations and member of Ansell’s Executive Leadership Team. Jocelyn’s career path also includes global commercial and operational experience as GBU CFO for 4 years, a distinguished 2-year expat assignment in Australia (2018-2019) and other advanced financial management roles in diversified sectors. She started her journey with 5 years of public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand.
