Sammie Stephens

Sammie Stephens is the VP of Customer Success at Capacity, a company they have been with for three years. Prior to Capacity, Sammie worked at OneSpace for 8 years and 11 months, where they held various positions such as Director of Strategic Accounts, Director of Account Services, Team Lead of Account & Operations, and Online Marketing Specialist. In their current role, Sammie is responsible for overseeing the success of Capacity's customers. This includes developing relationships with key accounts, creating playbooks for client onboarding and fulfillment, and managing a team of customer success managers.

Sammie Stephens attended Missouri State University from 2007 to 2010, where they double majored in online marketing and retail. Sammie was also a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi professional fraternity. Stephens also attended St. Francis Borgia.
