Chirag Koshti is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA(U)) with a diverse range of work experience. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Kiran Shah & Associate, Chartered Accountant as an Audit, Tax & Compliance Manager, where they managed statutory audits, tax audits, and government accounting for various organizations. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Head Finance Controlling at MP Group of Industries, handling the entire finance and accounts department. Chirag was responsible for cash flow planning, mobilizing funds, managing banking relationships, and budgeting. Subsequently, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Tax & Advisory Manager from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Chirag is the Founder of CapActix Business Solutions, a position they have held since 2017.

Chirag Koshti, FCA, CPA(U) has a comprehensive education background in accounting and finance. Chirag began their education in 2006 at Gujarat University, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Management Account & Quantitative Methods in 2009. After that, they pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2007 to 2011, earning the prestigious designation of Chartered Accountant. During their time at the institute, Chirag studied various subjects including accounting and finance, tax management, and strategic management.

In 2013, Chirag Koshti joined the CFA Institute to enhance their knowledge and skills in investment analysis and portfolio management. Chirag successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 program in 2018, further demonstrating their commitment to professional development in the field of finance.
