Yuriy Chaliy

Yuriy Chaliy is an experienced professional in the field of technical training and management, currently serving as the Główny Trener ds. Szkoleń Technicznych Regionu Europy Wschodniej at Caparol Polska Sp. z o.o. since August 2017. Yuriy has successfully adapted training programs to online platforms during the Covid-19 pandemic and has developed comprehensive training concepts for employees across several Eastern European countries. Previously, Yuriy held the position of Technical Training Manager at DAW SE, where responsibilities included establishing training programs for new employees in Northern Eastern Europe. Yuriy's career also includes a role as Technical Director at Caparol Ukraine, where leadership of a technical team and organizing training seminars were key tasks. Earlier experience includes positions with Lacufa AG and Jugoservis, along with military service as a major. Yuriy Chaliy holds a degree from Wyższa Szkoła Dowodzenia.
