Lim Eric

Lim Eric has worked in the legal industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Associate at Naqiz & Partners, where they specialized in Corporate & Commercial, Projects & Infrastructure. From 2013 to 2017, they were Legal Manager at MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn Bhd, where they reported directly to the Head of Legal and was responsible for all portfolios assigned. This included advising on structure of programmes, advising on structuring and formation of SPVs for the project, structuring, drafting and negotiating satellite manufacturing agreement, launch services agreement, offtake agreements, direct agreements and other project agreements, and advising and negotiating financing agreements. From 2017 to 2020, they were Senior Manager, Corporate Legal at Yinson. In 2020, they became Head of Commercial & Legal at Malaysian Solar Resources Sdn Bhd, and also General Counsel & Senior Manager, Enterprise Fintech Solutions at CapBay.

Lim Eric has a Bachelor's Degree in LLB from the University of London. Lim has also obtained four additional certifications from Coursera: How Software Ate Finance in March 2022, Fundamentals of Finance in March 2021, FinTech Law and Policy in December 2020, and Financial Markets in September 2020.
