Vishaka Sanghavi

Vishaka Sanghavi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the India Head of HR and Learning & Development at Capco. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at WNS, Lead - Human Resources at KPMG India, Manager of Business HR at Tech Mahindra, and Senior Officer - HR (HR Business Partner) at Convergys. Vishaka holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resource from K J Somaiya College of Science & Commerce, completed in 2006.
