Collette Haenes has over 30 years of diverse administrative and support experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Cape Coral Police Department since February 2015, Collette is responsible for managing payroll and timecards for approximately 325 employees. Previous roles include working as a Product Development Coordinator for Chico's FAS, Inc., where support was provided for product development and vendor communication, and an HR Coordinator at Solvay, where Collette managed various benefits programs and reports. Additional experience includes positions at Assurant Health and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, demonstrating a strong background in administrative support, human resources, and project coordination. Collette pursued education at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1993 to 1997.
