John McLean

John McLean, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Cape Fear Public Utility Authority since April 2016. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director in the Office of Statewide Reporting & Accounting Policy for the State of Louisiana's Division of Administration from August 2013 to April 2016. Additionally, John worked as a Controller at Episcopal High School for a brief period in early 2013 and was a Senior Auditor at the Louisiana Legislative Auditor from June 2008 to February 2013. John holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University, as well as a Master of Public Administration from the UNC School of Government.
