Paul Mikovits is an experienced professional in the field of personnel and training analysis, currently serving as a Senior Manpower Personnel and Training Analyst at JANUS Research Group since October 2022. In addition, Paul has held the position of Senior Human Systems Integration Analyst at Cape Henry Associates, Inc. since March 2011. Prior military experience includes serving as the N7 Training Directorate Leading Chief Petty Officer for Commander Undersea Surveillance from September 2007 to January 2011, where responsibilities involved the training support for multiple Integrated Undersea Surveillance processing sites and supervising both Sailors and civilian contractors. Earlier in the career, Paul was the Weapons Department Leading Chief Petty Officer on the USS Monterey CG 61 from September 2003 to July 2007. Paul holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Instrumentation from Excelsior College and has further education from Moorpark College and Saint Leo University.
