Lister Hubbard

Lister Hubbard is a highly experienced attorney and shareholder at Capell & Howard, P.C., with a career spanning over four decades. Since April 1981, Lister has specialized in construction law, environmental law, and public bid law, providing expert advice to clients and representing them in various forms of litigation, including cases under the Miller Act. Previously, Lister served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Alabama from August 1980 to April 1981. Lister holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law and a magna cum laude ABJ in Journalism from The University of Georgia, along with a high school degree from Indian Springs School.
