Qikai Xu

Qikai Xu is a Senior Director at Generate Biomedicines since May 2023, having previously held the same title at TScan Therapeutics from January 2019 to May 2023, where a multidisciplinary team was developed to support NGS, bioinformatics, lentivirus packaging, and molecular cloning for discovery and IND-enabling works. Prior to these roles, Qikai Xu was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Dr. Stephen Elledge's lab at Harvard Medical School from September 2006 to December 2018. Initial experience includes working as a Software Developer at AlertWire from September 2000 to September 2001. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computational Biology from Baylor College of Medicine, an MS in Computer Science from The City College of New York, and a BS in Biochemistry from Fudan University.
