Jourdan Urbach

Jourdan Urbach is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and technology, currently serving as Managing Partner at Levelized Capital, a VC fund focused on pragmatic technologies for the Energy Transition. As a Partner at Capella Partners, Jourdan collaborates with analysts and subject matter experts to invest capital from established energy companies into early-stage clean energy startups. Previously, Jourdan held the position of Managing Partner at Brandt & Co., advising investors on high-risk early-stage technology companies. At McKinsey & Company, Jourdan was an Engagement Manager, contributing to innovation and corporate development, while also managing a portfolio of startups. As Co-Founder and CTO of Mass Lab, Inc., Jourdan led a successful video technology venture, securing significant investments and launching multiple apps. Jourdan’s earlier roles included directing R&D at mimedia, conducting research at prestigious institutions like Massachusetts General Hospital and the Broad Institute, and completing a violin pre-college program at The Juilliard School. Jourdan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Yale University.
