Nicholas Venechuk has extensive work experience in customer success, customer experience, and global customer experience roles. Nicholas is currently the Director of Customer Success at Capella Space, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at Rentable from November 2019 to February 2022. From June 2014 to November 2019, Nicholas worked at Maxar Technologies as the Manager of Global Customer Experience. Nicholas started their career at DigitalGlobe in January 2011 as an Operations Engineer for the Direct Access Program, and they stayed with the company until June 2014. Before joining DigitalGlobe, Nicholas was a Geospatial Analyst at GeoEye from November 2008 to January 2011.

Nicholas Venechuk completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geography from Michigan State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2008.
