Sri Rajan

Sri Rajan has been a Partner on the Investment team at Cota Capital since 2021. Prior to Cota, Sri was a Partner at Bain & Company where he had a series of senior leadership roles across Boston, India, and San Francisco. He was instrumental in founding the firm’s operations in India and was the Managing Partner there before becoming the Chairman, a post that he held until his departure. During his time at Bain, Sri’s work spanned a broad range of industries, focusing on due diligence, portfolio value creation, M&A, customer experience, and growth strategy. He is an angel investor in several startup companies in India and serves on the board of Delhivery, a logistics tech company. Sri has an undergraduate degree from India in Physics, a Master’s in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, and an MBA from Wharton. He is the Vice-Chair of Akshaya Patra US, an organization that supports the feeding of 1.8 million children in India every day.
