Kelli Ligeikis, Ed.D., PE has diverse work experience in the field of education and leadership. Kelli currently serves as the Faculty Director for the School of Public Service & Education at Capella University. Previously, they held roles such as the Academic Director at the Center for Faculty Excellence and the Associate Faculty Chair for Higher Education, Leadership, and Training at the School of Education. Prior to their time at Capella University, Kelli served as the Provost at SUNY Delhi. Kelli also held various positions at SUNY Broome Community College, including Associate VP & Dean for Outreach & S.T.E.M., Professor, and Chairperson. Their experience spans over several decades, showcasing their expertise in academia and administration.

Kelli Ligeikis, Ed.D., PE received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University in 1984. Kelli then went on to complete their Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences at Binghamton University from 1988 to 1991. In 2005, Kelli obtained their Doctor of Education degree with a focus on Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New York State Education Department in 1992. Kelli has also pursued further education with certifications such as Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in 2021, and Executive Leadership and High-Performance Leadership Certificates from Cornell University in 2020.
