Mandy Mergen

Mandy Mergen is an experienced professional with a solid background in enrollment counseling and sales. Currently serving as the Lead Enrollment Counselor at Capella University since May 2007, Mandy focuses on guiding prospective learners through the Nursing Degree Programs, helping them qualify, investigate, and find tailored solutions to meet their educational goals. Prior to this role, Mandy worked as a Sales Representative and Account Manager at CH Robinson, managing top customer accounts and providing excellent customer service. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where operational management and marketing strategy development were key responsibilities. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained in 2003.
