Steven Snyder

Steven Snyder is the Director at Capella University. Prior to their current position, Snyder was a Board Member at StemoniX from June 2015 to March 2020. StemoniX develops and manufactures physiologically relevant microOrgans based on human induced pluripotent stem cell technologies. Snyder was also an Executive Fellow In Leadership at the Opus College of Business from July 2010 to August 2014 where they conducted research that was published in a book form called Leadership and the Art of Struggle: How Great Leaders Grow through Challenge and Adversity. Snyder began their research on leadership while they were an Executive In Residence at the University of Minnesota's Center for Integrative Leadership from July 2009 to June 2010. Steven has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at the Carlson School of Management from September 2004 to June 2010 and a Strategic Innovation Coach at Snyder Strategic.

Steven Snyder received a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School. Steven also holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Drexel University.
