Alex Young

Alex Young has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Starting in 2015, they began their career as an Operations Intern at Charleston Battery. From there, they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Athlete Network and later as a Global Trade & Foreign Market Research Analyst at the College of Charleston. In 2016, Alex joined CONCACAF as an Event Manager, where they organized and managed international soccer matches and special events. In 2019, they transitioned to Capelli Sport, first as a Senior Operations Manager and then as the Director of Operations and Sales Executive LATAM.

Alex Young pursued a Master of Science degree in Sports Business from New York University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in International Business, Management, & Marketing from the College of Charleston, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, Alex also had a brief educational experience at Universidad Nebrija, where they focused on International Business & Marketing.
