Kip Thompson

Kip Thompson has extensive experience in sports management and business development, currently serving as a Sales Executive at Capelli Sport since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kip held various leadership positions at St. Louis Scott Gallagher from August 2002 to November 2021, including Director of Business Development and Community Engagement, where responsibilities included fundraising and community engagement strategies to enhance revenue. Other key roles included Director of Missouri Boys Division, Director of Missouri West Division, Director of Missouri Boys Operations, Director of Player Development, Program Director, and Youth Director, each focused on maximizing team and player counts and overseeing the development and management of soccer programs. Kip also served as an Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from January 2008 to January 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Missouri State University, obtained in 1993.
