Risto Lätti is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Foresight and Senior Advisor at Capful since May 2021, while also pursuing a Doctorate at the University of Lapland. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at Demos Helsinki, where Risto led strategy projects and developed methodologies in foresight and scenarios, and Principal Consultant at Demos Effect. Risto's academic contributions as a lecturer at Aalto University included teaching foresight research methodologies. Educational credentials comprise a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University at Buffalo. Risto's entrepreneurial experience also includes co-founding a web service design company, Pursa Oy.
