Fabrice Mariaud

Fabrice Mariaud was appointed Head of Group Delivery and Quality and joined the Group Executive Committee in July 2025.

Fabrice has 35 years of experience in consulting and served as the Delivery Head of Capgemini Engineering since 2020. In this capacity, he transformed and managed the delivery organization and capability at Capgemini Engineering in France, and then Southern Europe. He led the complex transformation of the engineering delivery model, moving from a local technical assistance activity to a results-oriented and offshore business. Fabrice had joined Altran in 2015 (a company acquired by Capgemini in 2020). Prior to this, he spent 25 years at Accenture, where he sold and managed large projects as a Client Partner for major organizations in the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors.

Fabrice has extensive expertise in the IT and Engineering business as well as a track record in Delivery and Business Development. He was a Board Member of ISEP for 9 years.
