Prior to this, Kasper held the position of Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at AZURE Recruitment from February 2007 to June 2017, focusing on assisting global brands in securing top-tier executive-level talent. Earlier in the career, Kasper worked as Recruitment Manager and Account Manager at Telenor from January 2004 to February 2007.
