Raymond Owen

Raymond Owen, PMP, currently serves as Principal and North America Service Delivery Lead for Capgemini's SAP Service Line, where responsibilities include oversight of coverage and quality assessments for SAP projects, along with frontline support to address delivery performance issues. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager at BearingPoint and Hitachi Consulting, and a lengthy tenure as Senior Manager at Deloitte. Raymond began a career at Arthur Andersen as a Manager. Educational qualifications comprise a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the Yale School of Management, an MBA from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business, and a BS in Biology from Willamette University.
