Ruchi Rai Arora

Ruchi Rai Arora has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Ruchi Rai currently holds the position of Head Of Human Resources at CapGrid since 2022. Previously, they worked at Archetype as the Head of HR, Admin & Internal Communication from 2013 to 2014. During their time at Archetype, they were responsible for driving HR strategy, managing job and employee mapping, performance management, administration, and internal communication.

Before Archetype, Ruchi worked at Louis Dreyfus from 2011 to 2013 as the Head of HR & Admin for PAN India Operations. In this role, they had matrix reporting to the Head of HR - Asia Region and CEO - India. Ruchi Rai was involved in talent acquisition, talent management & retention, leadership recruitment, campus recruitment policy creation, organization structuring, employee engagement initiatives, and HR benchmarking.

Prior to Louis Dreyfus, they served as the Head of HR & Admin at Inlogistics from 2009 to 2011, where they oversaw HR and administrative functions. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Maruti Suzuki as a Deputy Manager in HR, contributing to various HR initiatives and receiving recognition for their performance. Ruchi also gained experience as an Assistant Manager in HR & Admin at Bridgestone India Pvt Ltd from 2003 to 2005, where they handled managerial recruitment, training, appraisal, and establishment functions.

Ruchi Rai Arora's education history begins in 1997 when they attended St. Joseph's Convent School in Saugor, where they completed their high school education in Biology, physics, and Chemistry. Ruchi Rai then went on to Dr. HariSingh Gaur University in Sagar from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Microbiology. In 2000, during their time at Dr. HariSingh Gaur University, Ruchi also pursued studies in M.P (Master of Pharmacy). Ruchi Rai then pursued further education at Institute of Management Studies, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRD & Marketing from 2001 to 2003. In parallel, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 2001 to 2003.
