Phil Efstathiou is an accomplished technology professional with a strong background in engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Capi Money since June 2023, Phil also holds the position of Founder at Osma since January 2022. Prior experience includes co-founding and acting as CTO at Alva from September 2019 to August 2021, and working as a Software Engineer at Babylon Health and Thriva Health. Additionally, Phil contributed as an Engineering Associate at Techstars and worked as a Software Developer at Hubble from 2014 to 2015. Phil Efstathiou holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from King's College London and an IB Diploma from The International School of Kuala Lumpur.
