Austin Dear

Austin Dear is an experienced investment analyst currently working at QuadReal Property Group since May 2023, following a summer analyst position there in June 2022. Prior experience includes an investment analyst internship at One and Only Holdings LLC from March 2021 to January 2022 and a real estate internship at Tri State Commercial® Realty LLC from January 2021 to March 2021. Austin Dear holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, where studies took place from 2019 to 2023, and is an alumnus of Pine Crest School, graduating in 2019.
