Chris Farrer

Chris Farrer is an experienced Senior Telecommunication Engineer at QuadReal Property Group, specializing in enterprise telephony solutions for a global user base exceeding 1,500 since October 2019. Prior to this role, Chris served as the Manager of Unified Communication & Collaboration at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers from November 2006 to October 2018, overseeing a technical team and managing the strategic planning of unified communications and corporate broadcast communication. Chris also held the position of Telecommunications Manager at Ritchie Bros., leading the design and deployment of a global voice network for over 3,300 subscribers. Earlier in Chris's career, an Operations Manager role at TMSI Telephony Managed Solutions Inc. involved managing sales installations and deploying various telecommunications solutions across British Columbia. Chris is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, having studied from 1989 to 1992.
