Diane Macdiarmid

Diane MacDiarmid is a seasoned HR executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at QuadReal Property Group since February 2017, Diane leads a talented team of HR professionals and contributes to the firm’s executive leadership team, focusing on best-in-class talent strategies. Prior roles include serving as an independent director on the boards of Altus Group and Morneau Shepell, where Diane contributed to HR, compensation, and governance committees. As President of MacDiarmid & Co., Diane provided strategic advisory services to improve organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Diane served as Director and Chair of AMREF Canada and held executive positions at Bentall Kennedy LP, Oliver Wyman Delta Canada, and Oliver Wyman. Diane holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
