Jodi Fluker is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting across various sectors, including Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at QuadReal Property Group since April 2017, Jodi leads a team of recruitment professionals and fosters their development through mentorship. Previously, Jodi held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist, focusing on innovative sourcing strategies for top talent. Jodi's experience also includes serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Randstad Canada, where expertise in IT recruitment was developed, as well as a Resource Manager, overseeing the placement of IT professionals. Earlier in career, Jodi worked as the Visual Display and Merchandising Manager at Harry Rosen.
