Manisha Perera

Manisha Perera is an Analyst in Investment Funding & Cash Operations at QuadReal Property Group since October 2023. Previously, from February 2016 to June 2021, Manisha served as a Senior Fund Administrator at HSBC, where responsibilities included ensuring accuracy in management fees and waiver calculations and improving work processes through collaboration. Prior to this role, Manisha worked as a Fund Administrator, managing workflow queues and work allocation in the absence of the Team Leader. Manisha holds a Postgraduate Degree Diploma in Project Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Planning from Douglas College, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Business with International Management from Northumbria University.
