Maxwell Bryant

Maxwell Bryant is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at QuadReal Property Group since June 2020, Maxwell leads the Corporate Finance function and has successfully managed significant projects, including a tax restructuring initiative that created $50 million in value and oversight of financial due diligence for transactions exceeding $200 million. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Reporting at Choice Properties REIT, where Maxwell was responsible for public financial statements and led post-merger reporting initiatives. Previous roles at Cummins Western Canada included management of planning and forecasting, while earlier experience spans financial accounting at Teekay Shipping and tax services at Purtzki & Associates. Maxwell holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto and has a strong background in accounting, holding a Diploma from The University of British Columbia and a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
