Gireddy Bhargavi Reddy

Gireddy Bhargavi Reddy is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantpur and a master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University. She is also an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She joined our company in July 2021 and currently supervises the secretarial and compliance related functions of our company.

She was previously associated with Embassy Property Developments Private Limited, MIC Electronics Limited and Meridian Medical Research and Hospital Limited in the capacity of Company Secretary. Prior to that, she was associated with Nandi Economic Corridor Enterprises Limited in the capacity of Senior Manager.
