Lynh Rust

Lynh Rust serves as the Executive Director of Contracts & Purchasing at CUSD since November 2014, contributing expertise in public education within the K-12 sector. Prior to this, Lynh Rust was an Associate at Bowie Arneson Wiles & Giannone, specializing in municipal finance from April 2013 to November 2014. Experience also includes a role as a Reserve Deputy City Attorney at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, focusing on criminal prosecution from June 2012 to March 2013. Early career positions involved law clerk roles at Cooper White & Cooper, Intellectual Property Law Group LLP, and the Law Office of A. Arthur Rugama, covering areas such as professional responsibility, trademark, copyright, and general practice. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine.
