Cheryl Melrose MSc FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the HR Transformation - Global Workday Recruitment and Talent Lead at Capita, Cheryl has previously held significant roles at Barclays, including Resourcing Programme Lead and Vice President Change Manager for Performance Management. Additional experience includes positions at British Airways as Senior HR Consultant for Performance and Talent and HR Business Partner for Asia & the Pacific/Europe, as well as HR/Resourcing Partner for the Chief Operating Office (COO) at Barclays. Cheryl also contributed to instructor recruitment and development at Learning Tree International. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Italian with International Studies from the University of Warwick.
