John Betteridge

Problem Manager

John Betteridge has extensive experience in IT management, particularly in release management, problem management, and software delivery. At Capgemini, roles included Release Manager, where management of global software deployments and hardware releases occurred, as well as Problem Manager and Team Leader for the Software Delivery Team. Previously, John worked at the Metropolitan Police in various IT roles, including project management and server team responsibilities. At Capita IT Enterprise Services, a current role as Problem & Change Manager involves the implementation of a Change Management Process, while also serving as a Problem Manager at Capita since May 2019. Experience earlier at Atos and sema involved server engineering and software deployment management.
